At Birdhouse Skateboards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your setup. If your gear isn't performing to your standards, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Verify Condition
Ensure all decks, components, and apparel are unridden, unwashed, and in their original shrink-wrap or packaging with tags attached.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team with your order number and internal SKU details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place your items back in the original shipping box or a similar protective container, clearly marking your RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship and Track
Send your return to our distribution center using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
